How CapitalBox Works


CapitalBox works as a business loan consultancy and processing support platform for business owners, startups, self-employed individuals, and MSMEs looking for unsecured business loans, government funding schemes, Mudra loans, and CGTMSE-related financial assistance through RBI-registered banks and NBFC partners.

Customers can connect with the CapitalBox team to discuss their business funding requirements and financial needs. The process is designed to help customers understand suitable loan options based on their profile, business category, banking history, and eligibility.

To begin the process, customers submit basic business information and required documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank statements, GST details, business proof, and other supporting financial documents. The submitted profile is reviewed to evaluate repayment capacity, business performance, banking behavior, and eligibility before moving forward.

After the initial assessment, customers who choose consultancy, documentation review, and processing support services may complete the service membership and onboarding process as applicable. Based on profile evaluation, suitable RBI-registered NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions are identified for further loan processing.

The application and supporting documents are then forwarded to the selected lender for verification and approval. Throughout the process, CapitalBox provides assistance with documentation, coordination, follow-ups, and application status updates, including approval progress, pending requirements, or rejection notifications.

If approved by the concerned lender, the sanctioned loan amount is transferred directly to the customer’s registered bank account according to the lender’s final terms and conditions. Loan approval depends on eligibility, banking history, income profile, CIBIL score, document verification, and lender policies.

What CapitalBox Does

CapitalBox works as a business loan consultancy and processing support platform for business owners, startups, MSMEs, traders, shop owners, and self-employed individuals looking for unsecured business loans, government funding support, Mudra loans, and CGTMSE-related financial assistance.

Customers can connect with the CapitalBox team to discuss their funding requirements and understand possible loan options according to their profile and eligibility.

The process generally starts with collecting basic business details and required documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank statements, GST details, income proof, and business documents. After reviewing the customer’s profile, suitable RBI-registered NBFCs or banks may be identified for the loan application process based on eligibility and lender requirements.

CapitalBox also assists customers with documentation review, profile analysis, application processing support, lender coordination, and regular follow-up during the process. Customers receive updates regarding pending requirements, approval status, additional document requests, or rejection updates shared by the concerned lender.

For consultancy, documentation review, and processing support services, service charges may apply depending on the support and membership plan selected by the customer.

If approved by the lender, the sanctioned loan amount is transferred directly to the customer’s registered bank account according to the lender’s final terms and conditions.

What CapitalBox Does Not Do

CapitalBox is not a bank, NBFC, or direct lending company and does not provide loans from its own funds. The platform mainly provides consultancy, documentation review, and loan processing support services for customers seeking business funding assistance.

Loan approval is not guaranteed by CapitalBox. All approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, and disbursement decisions are taken solely by the concerned RBI-registered NBFC or bank after reviewing the customer’s eligibility, banking history, CIBIL score, income profile, repayment capacity, and submitted documents.

CapitalBox does not promise guaranteed approvals, instant loan disbursement, fixed approval timelines, or changes to a customer’s CIBIL score or banking records. The platform also does not influence or control the lender’s internal policies, verification process, or final approval decision.

All loan applications remain subject to the concerned lender’s terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and verification process.

Transfer of Funds and EMI Payments


Once the loan is approved by the concerned RBI-registered NBFC or bank, the sanctioned loan amount is transferred directly to the customer’s registered bank account as per the lender’s final terms and conditions. The lender independently decides the approved amount, interest rate, repayment tenure, and disbursement process after completing its internal verification and assessment procedures.

Customers are required to repay the loan through monthly EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) according to the repayment schedule shared by the lender. EMI payments may be processed through ECS, NACH, auto-debit, UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method approved by the concerned lender.

Timely EMI payments are important to maintain a good repayment record and credit profile. Delayed payments, missed EMIs, or repayment defaults may lead to additional charges, penalties, collection actions, or a negative impact on the customer’s CIBIL score and banking history as per lender policies.

CapitalBox does not directly provide loan disbursement or independently manage lender repayment decisions. All repayment obligations, foreclosure policies, penalty charges, settlement conditions, and final loan terms are controlled and managed solely by the concerned RBI-registered NBFC or bank.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

CapitalBox India operates as an independent financial consultancy and loan processing support platform providing services such as business loan consultancy, documentation review, profile analysis, loan application assistance, government funding guidance, CGTMSE/Mudra support assistance, MOU/service agreement processing, and business registration support. Service charges may apply according to the type of consultancy, processing support, documentation work, MOU preparation, or selected service plan.

Customers are advised to carefully review all service details, consultancy plans, pricing, terms, and documentation requirements before making any payment. Any consultancy fee, processing support fee, MOU/service agreement charge, or professional service payment made to CapitalBox is collected only for consultancy, documentation handling, processing coordination, and support services.

CapitalBox is not a bank or NBFC and does not directly provide loans from its own funds. Loan approval, registration approval, disbursement, sanctioned amount, and interest rates depend completely on the policies, eligibility criteria, document verification, CIBIL score, repayment capacity, banking history, and final approval process of the concerned RBI-registered bank, NBFC, government authority, or financial institution. CapitalBox does not guarantee loan approval, instant disbursement, government scheme approval, fixed approval timelines, or CIBIL score improvement.

Fees paid for consultancy services, documentation review, profile verification, loan file preparation, MOU/service agreement processing, application handling, registration assistance, government filing work, GST-related services, third-party verification, technical processing, or professional support are generally non-refundable once the service process has started. Loan rejection, delayed approval, lower sanctioned amount, lender refusal, customer ineligibility, or verification failure shall not qualify for any refund or fee reversal.

Refund requests may only be considered in limited verified cases such as duplicate payment transactions, technical payment failures, unauthorized deductions verified by the payment gateway, or service non-initiation due to internal processing issues from the company side. Any refund-related request must be raised within 48 hours of the payment transaction. Approved refunds, if applicable, are generally processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original payment source.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate documents, genuine business information, valid banking details, and timely responses during the application and verification process. Delays or interruptions caused by incomplete documents, incorrect information, low CIBIL score, banking issues, customer non-cooperation, or lender-side verification problems will not qualify for refunds.

For customer safety and cybersecurity awareness, CapitalBox, its employees, representatives, or lending partners will never ask for OTPs, ATM PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or internet banking passwords. Customers are strongly advised to make payments only through the official website and authorized company payment channels and should avoid sharing confidential banking information with unauthorized persons falsely claiming association with CapitalBox.

CapitalBox reserves the right to review, approve, reject, modify, or update refund requests, consultancy charges, MOU/service agreement fees, processing charges, and policy terms at any time without prior notice.
