1.Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website www.capitalbox.co.in ("Platform"), or by availing any service listed on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and businesses who use the Platform to enquire about, apply for, or avail any service offered by CapitalBox ("we", "us", "our").

2.Definitions

• "Services" means business registration, GST, trademark, accounting, compliance, funding assistance, business consulting and any other service listed on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual, business or entity accessing the Platform or availing the Services.
• "Partner Institutions" means banks, NBFCs and other lending or service partners we work with to facilitate certain Services.

3.Nature of our services

CapitalBox acts as a facilitator that connects businesses with the professional services, documentation support and Partner Institutions required to complete registrations, filings, compliance and funding applications. Certain Services (such as company registration, GST and trademark filing) are executed by our in-house team or affiliated professionals (CA/CS/legal practitioners). Other Services, particularly business loans and funding, are facilitated through Partner Institutions and are subject to their independent approval.

We do not guarantee approval, sanction or a specific outcome for any application submitted through the Platform.

4.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity you are authorised to represent.

5.User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when using the Platform or submitting any application.
• Upload only documents that are genuine, valid and lawfully held by you or your business.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Be responsible for the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to reject, pause or cancel any application where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.

6.Fees and payments

Professional fees for any Service will be communicated to you before you proceed, separately from any applicable government or statutory fees. Once a service engagement is confirmed and work has commenced, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in your service agreement.

Calculators (EMI, GST, eligibility, ROI) available on the Platform are indicative tools only and do not constitute a quote, offer or guarantee of any kind.

7.Business loans & funding assistance

CapitalBox is not a bank or non-banking financial company (NBFC) and does not itself sanction or disburse loans. We facilitate introductions between businesses and Partner Institutions. Loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, processing fees and final sanction are determined solely by the Partner Institution based on their own credit policy and assessment.

Any indicative figures shown on the Platform (including through our EMI or eligibility calculators) are estimates only and may differ from the final terms offered by a Partner Institution.

8.Government fees & timelines

Timelines mentioned on the Platform for registrations, filings or approvals (for example, for company incorporation, GST or trademark registration) are indicative and based on standard processing periods. Actual timelines depend on government department processing, query resolution and timely submission of documents by you, and may vary beyond our control.

9.Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, the CapitalBox name and brand, and the underlying calculators and tools, is owned by or licensed to CapitalBox and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10.Confidentiality & privacy

Any personal or business information and documents you share with us are used solely for the purpose of providing the Services you have requested, and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, and share it with Partner Institutions or government departments only where necessary to process your application.

11.Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any application will result in approval, registration or sanction.

12.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CapitalBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, delays in government processing, or decisions made by Partner Institutions. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the professional fees paid by you for that specific Service.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CapitalBox, its employees and affiliated professionals harmless from any claim, loss or liability arising out of inaccurate information provided by you, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14.Third-party links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or Partner Institutions for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any third-party website.

15.Termination

We may suspend or discontinue your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Platform unlawfully.

16.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
