    By signing this document, the Customer agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies of CapitalBox.

  • Service Fees

    All fees paid towards consultancy, processing, documentation, facilitation, registration, compliance, advisory, or other professional services are for services rendered and not for any guaranteed outcome unless specifically agreed in writing.

  • Service Timelines

    Service timelines may vary depending on customer response, document availability, third-party verification, government authorities, banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, or other external agencies.

  • Additional Documents

    CapitalBox reserves the right to request additional documents or clarifications whenever required.

  • Government & Statutory Charges

    Government fees, statutory charges, GST, stamp duty, and third-party charges shall be payable separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Refund Policy

    Payments once made are non-refundable except where required under applicable law or specifically agreed in writing by CapitalBox.

  • Consultancy Role

    CapitalBox acts as a consultancy and facilitation service provider and does not guarantee approval, registration, certification, funding, sanction, disbursement, or any specific result.

  • Customer Responsibility

    The Customer confirms that all information and documents provided are true, correct, and complete. Any incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in service suspension or cancellation.

  • Liability Disclaimer

    CapitalBox shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or decisions made by government authorities, banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or third parties.

  • Jurisdiction Clause

    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

  • GST Clause

    GST shall be charged additionally wherever applicable as per prevailing tax laws.

  • Modification Rights

    CapitalBox reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
