To begin the process, customers share basic business details and submit required documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank statements, GST details, and business proof. These documents and the financial profile are carefully reviewed to assess repayment capacity, banking history, and overall eligibility before proceeding further with the application.
After the initial review, customers who choose to continue with consultancy, documentation review, and processing support services complete the ₹1280 + GST Gold Membership process. Based on the profile assessment, suitable RBI-registered NBFCs or banks are identified for the loan application process.
The application and supporting documents are then submitted to the selected lender for further processing. Throughout the process, CapitalBox provides assistance with documentation, coordination, and follow-up support. Customers are regularly informed about application updates, including approval status, pending requirements, or rejection updates.
If the loan is approved by the concerned lender, the sanctioned amount is transferred directly to the customer’s registered bank account according to the lender’s final terms and conditions.
