Refund & Cancellation Policy – CapitalBox
CapitalBox provides professional consultancy, documentation support, process handling, application assistance, lender coordination, and related service-based solutions in connection with business funding and financial process facilitation. Since our services involve human effort, time allocation, advisory review, case handling, communication support, document scrutiny, follow-up work, and professional coordination, all fees charged by CapitalBox are primarily service-based charges and not product-based purchases. By choosing our services, the client understands and agrees that any consultation fee, registration fee, file opening fee, profile review fee, documentation assistance fee, process support charge, or similar professional service fee may become non-refundable once the service has been initiated, even if the client later chooses not to continue. A client may request cancellation of the service by contacting CapitalBox through registered mobile number, email, WhatsApp, or any officially communicated support channel; however, cancellation of service does not automatically create a right to refund. In general, fees paid toward consultation, registration, file handling, eligibility discussion, document review, profile assessment, or application support are non-refundable after the commencement of work because such services are considered delivered through professional time, manpower, advisory effort, and operational engagement. Refunds will generally not be applicable in cases where the client fails to submit required documents on time, becomes unresponsive after onboarding, changes their decision after work has started, applies through another source after process initiation, provides incorrect or incomplete information, submits fake or suspicious documents, faces rejection from a Bank or NBFC, experiences delays due to lender policy, or discontinues the process voluntarily. CapitalBox does not guarantee lender approval, and therefore rejection by a Bank or NBFC shall not be treated as a valid basis for claiming a refund of service charges already used for consultation, case handling, document support, or process facilitation. In limited and exceptional situations, CapitalBox may review refund requests at its sole discretion, such as in the case of duplicate payment, technical payment error, accidental overcharge, or where no work was initiated at all; however, the final decision on such refund requests shall remain solely with CapitalBox management. If any refund is approved, it may be processed within approximately 7 to 15 working days, subject to verification and after deduction of payment gateway charges, administrative expenses, or any applicable processing deductions. In cases where a success fee or outcome-based fee model applies, such charges shall become payable strictly as per the mutually communicated milestone, which may include sanction, approval, agreement signing, or disbursement, depending on the service category and the terms communicated to the client. By using CapitalBox services, the client acknowledges that payment is made for professional effort, process support, documentation assistance, and coordination services, and not for a guaranteed loan result.
