Client Agreement

By using CapitalBox services or submitting your information through our website, you agree that CapitalBox acts only as a financial service facilitator and consultant. Loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, and disbursement are subject to the policies and final decision of the respective bank, NBFC, or financial institution. All information provided by the client must be accurate and complete. CapitalBox may charge consultation, documentation, processing, or success-based professional fees, which will be communicated in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are non-refundable. By proceeding, you also authorize CapitalBox to contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email and to share necessary information with relevant lenders for service-related purposes.
