Service Fee Details:
Application Activation Fee: ₹1,100
Success Facilitation Fee: 2% of the sanctioned loan amount after successful loan disbursement.
Important Note:
Loan processing is subject to lender requirements, verification process, and applicable eligibility criteria.
For business loans from ₹10 Lakh to ₹1 Crore, CapitalBox coordinates your application with Banks and NBFCs, from understanding your requirement to following up on lender queries.
CapitalBox is a loan facilitation and consultancy service. It is not a bank, NBFC or lender, and it does not sanction, underwrite or disburse any loan. Its role is limited to assisting and coordinating your application with Bank/NBFC partners on your behalf.
2. What the Service Includes
For business loan requirements from ₹10 Lakh to ₹1 Crore, CapitalBox provides end-to-end application coordination, including:
Understanding your loan requirement
Reviewing your available business and financial documents
Assessing eligibility for suitable Bank/NBFC options
Coordinating applications with up to 10 Banks/NBFCs
Assisting with each lender's document requirements
Following up on lender queries
Providing routine application status updates
The coordination window is generally 10–30 days, depending on each lender's process and response time. This is an estimate, not a commitment on lender turnaround.
3. Service Fee & GST
The service fee is ₹1,100 + GST, payable when you start the application, before it is coordinated with any Bank/NBFC. GST is charged at the rate applicable under law at the time of payment, and a tax invoice is issued for the amount paid.
This fee is for CapitalBox's coordination services described in Section 2. It is not a loan processing fee, interest or charge of any lender. Any fees a lender charges (processing fee, documentation charges, interest and so on) are set by that lender and are separate from CapitalBox's fee.
The fee is payable for the service rendered, irrespective of whether any lender approves or disburses a loan.
4. Refund & Cancellation
The service fee is non-refundable once your application has been initiated and CapitalBox has started work (requirement review, document review, eligibility assessment or lender coordination), because it covers services already rendered, regardless of the lender's decision.
If you want to cancel before any work has begun and before your application is shared with any lender, send a written request. Any refund in that case is at CapitalBox's discretion and may be reduced for work already done. GST, where applicable, follows the treatment of the fee.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
Final loan approval, sanctioned amount, interest rate, terms and disbursement are entirely subject to the respective Bank/NBFC's eligibility criteria, underwriting, verification and final decision. CapitalBox does not guarantee loan approval or disbursement.
Please read the sanction letter, interest rate, tenure and all charges offered by a lender before accepting any offer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must give accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, respond to lender and CapitalBox queries promptly, and read and understand any loan agreement or sanction letter issued by the lender before signing. CapitalBox is not responsible for delay or rejection caused by incomplete, incorrect or misleading information or documents.
7. Data & Privacy
Your personal, business and financial information (including KYC and bank statements) is used only to process your request and is shared with the Banks/NBFCs your application is coordinated with. You consent to this sharing when you apply. CapitalBox protects your data as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You may ask to correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, through the official contact channels, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
CapitalBox is not liable for loan rejection, delay, changes in interest rates or lending policy, or any act or omission of a Bank/NBFC. Where CapitalBox is liable, its liability will not exceed the service fee you actually paid for the service in question.
9. Fair Practices
In the spirit of RBI's fair practices expectations, CapitalBox commits to:
Disclosing the fee, GST and what it covers in writing before you pay
Not pressuring or misleading you into a product that does not fit your requirement
Not making false claims about approval chances, interest rates or timelines
Using your data only for loan facilitation, and not selling it for unrelated marketing
Acknowledging and resolving genuine complaints within a communicated timeframe
This is CapitalBox's own service commitment. It does not replace the Fair Practices Code that each lending Bank/NBFC must follow under RBI regulations.
10. Grievance Redressal
For any complaint about CapitalBox's services, contact us through our official channels. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable, communicated timeframe. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Commission. Complaints about a lender's conduct should go to that lender's grievance officer and, if unresolved, to the RBI Ombudsman.
11. Laws & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. The laws below apply to this service:
Indian Contract Act, 1872
Paying the fee and accepting these terms forms a contract between you and CapitalBox. The Act governs its validity, enforcement and breach.
You are a consumer of a paid service. The Act protects you from unfair trade practices, misleading claims and deficiency in service, and lets you approach a Consumer Commission.
Facilitation and consultancy is a taxable service, which is why GST is charged in addition to the ₹1,100 fee and shown on your tax invoice.
Information Technology Act, 2000
Applications, uploads, communication and payment happen online. The Act gives legal recognition to electronic records and contracts and covers data security and unauthorised access.
CapitalBox handles your PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements and income details. The Act requires consent, purpose-limited use, safeguards and respect for your rights over your data.
The loan itself is given by an RBI-regulated Bank/NBFC under these laws. CapitalBox is not a lender and does not lend, but conducts facilitation in line with RBI's fair-practice expectations.
KYC documents are a legal requirement under India's anti-money-laundering framework, so identity verification is mandatory before your application goes to any lender.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of CapitalBox's registered place of business, without limiting your statutory rights before a Consumer Commission.
12. Amendments
CapitalBox may update these terms, fees or scope of services. Material changes will be published on the website or official channels. Changes apply to new applications, and fees you have already paid will not be increased retrospectively.
